Love + Grace: A Collaborative Kit

Let me share with you a collaborative kit called Love + Grace, dedicated to Grace Katherine Webster and her mom, Erica (pne123).

On December 11th, Grace (7 yrs old) went home to fly with the angels in Heaven, after having a seizure. Grace spent her life fighting a seizure-causing brain tumor, a condition called, Hypothalamic Hamartoma. But HH did not define her, she was a happy, sunshiny little girl, who brought much happiness to her family and those who fell in love with her through Erica's stories and scrapbook pages.

Our hearts hurt for Erica and her family… this kit is just a small way to let them know how much Grace has touched our lives and that we continue to wrap them up in love and prayers.

This beautiful kit is available is created by a number of generous and talented designers and it is available at the Lilypad for only $10. All proceeds will be donated to HopeForHH.org.
